Our number one goal as a company is to obtain customer satisfaction through honesty and integrity. This is why we offer a long and comprehensive warranty on all our products and services. Warranties:

5 year standard warranty on all of GreenSky's workmanship
2 year warranty on the DC pump
5 year warranty on the DC controller
25 year warranty on DC solar electric panels (photovoltaic)
2 year warranty on AC controller
2 year warranty on AC pumps
1 year warranty on varible speed AC pumps
1 year total GreenSky Dealer warranty on all parts and labor
10 - 15 year warranty options on solar thermal collectors
10 year warranty on the solar air collectors
Lifetime residential warranty on the stainless steel solar storage tanks
Lifetime residential leak warranty on Marathon electric water heaters
5 year warranty on fiberglass atmospheric tanks

Residential Incentive Programs

GreenSky is there for you 100 percent on finding ways to save you money. Right now there is available to eligible taxpayers a 30 percent Federal Tax Credit. 30 percent of the cost of a Solar Water Heater can be subtracted directly from Federal Taxes that are owed.

Focus on Energy has a Cash-Back Reward program that offers up to 25 percent Cash Back to you on the purchase of a Solar Domestic Water Heating System. GreenSky Energetics, Inc is a Focus on Energy Full Service Installer and we can help determine if you are eligible for Cash-Back Rewards. GreenSky will complete the necessary forms for you! (Current program expires December 31st, 2010).

WE Energies electric customers are now eligible for a 30 percent match of the Focus on Energy Cash-Back Reward.

All these incentives can be rewarded on the same residential project.

Commercial Incentive Programs

In addition to the 30 percent Federal Tax Credit, commercial customers are eligible to place their equipment in a special 5 year Accelerated Depreciation schedule. Both Solar Water and Solar Air Heating equipment is eligible for these Federal Programs.

"Focus on Energy Cash-Back Rewards" are available for water heating to businesses using fuel from a utility participating in the program. Commercial Business will be Cash Rewarded up to 25 percent of a Solar Thermal Heating System that preheats water using the sun's energy before entering your current heating equipment. This Cash Reward is based on a formula and has a cap of up to $50,000. GreenSky Energetics, Inc is a Focus on Energy Full Service Installer and we can help determine if you are eligible for Cash-Back Rewards. GreenSky will complete the necessary forms for you! (Expires December 31, 2010).

Focus on Energy also offers a Renewable Energy Grant Program for Solar Water Heating (including public pools): 25% of costs up to $50,000 for businesses. GreenSky will prepare the necessary forms for you! (Expires 12/31/2010).

WE Energies customers can receive a 30 percent matching grant on the Focus on Energy Cash Back Reward program.

The USDA Farm Bill of 2008 is offering 25 percent of cost of all solar equipment in the form of a grant to farmers deriving 50 percent of their income from the farm, and small business in communities of 50,000 population or less in the REAP program. The application deadline for the next cycle is expected to be December 31st, 2010.

*New information; should you not owe Federal Taxes, the Federal Tax Credit can now be converted to an outright grant. As always, consult your tax accountant for eligibility.

Non-Profits and Government

Focus on Energy has an up to 35 percent Cash-Back Reward for installed Solar Water Heating equipment. As of January 2009, all pool heating equipment could be eligible. This generous Cash Reward is capped at $75,000 for non-profits or governments (current structure expires December 31, 2010).

WE Energies and WPS customers are now eligible for a Focus on Energy matching grant.

Restorations

Focus on Energy has a Cash-Back Reward program helping to offset the cost to repair older Solar Domestic Water Heaters back to operation. Although the program is generous to pay 50 percent up to a $3000 repair, many systems have simple repairs or modifications needed and will not warrant such a high expenditure. GreenSky Energetics has restored more than 30 back to operation - including solar air heaters - and it is amazing how these 30 year old systems can bring in the heat!

Wisconsin Property Tax

All solar thermal installations are exempt from being added to the assessed value of your home. This means your property will gain added value, but your property taxes will not increase. See Wisconsin State Statute 70.111(18).

Wisconsin State Statute 66.0401

This statute is designed to benefit and protect your ability to install a solar device. This includes trumping adverse local ordinances, and future shading conditions.

The Future of GreenSky Energetics

We are interested in all of nature’s energy solutions. Installing Solar Heating equipment is our current business model. Utilizing small photovoltaic solar panels to generate electricity to power the pumps and blowers are our specialty (we install a controller that is reliable and cost effective, plus, in this manner, these devices are to be considered a 100 percent renewable energy producing heating machines!).

Erecting small scale wind turbines and the installation of anaerobic digesters to produce heat and bio-diesel are more great ways to conserve and utilize our natural resources. We stay current on all new technology and have future expectations to expand our capabilities accordingly.
