Richard is a true entrepreneur, having started and established numerous small businesses. He can be found  attending shows as a vendor or meeting at client's homes performing solar site assessments. Richard promises excellent customer relations.

Title: Co-Founder and Environmental Specialist

Andy acquired a BS degree in Environmental Science at UWGB, with intensive research in solid waste management, solar power and anaerobic digestion. In addition, Andy supplemented his degree with a Renewable Energy Certificate from Madison Area Technical College and multiple courses from the Midwest Renewable Energy Association.

Andy's responsibilities include solar design, system assembly, installation, and pricing. Andy is involved as site manager directing installations and is NABCEP Certified.

Title: Sales Representative

Gary Schmidt is a Sales Representative for GreenSky Energetics, Inc. His background includes earning a BA degree in Communications from UW Green Bay, decades of employment experiences and a wide variety of community services. Gary has utilized his communication and organization skills in a lot of different applications over the years. Gary's experience includes selling and installing solar air heating packages in the 1980’s.
